Game engine makes no difference to Audio and textures, you can use an old game engine that has brilliant realistic sounds and good graphics just like you can make an ugly game with UE5. It ultimately comes down to who's developing. All an engine is, it is a tool that controls certain aspects like shadows, lighting, particles, physics and computer memory. Poly count as well, UE1 cannot produce the same level of detail as UE5 worlds due to limitations on hardware, as mentioned, you can technically make Unreal Tournament 1999 in UE5 exactly 1:1, same look, sounds, animations.

mw2019 was the actual worst game to date but it brought warzone; arguably one of the greatest triple A titles of all gaming history but i don’t count wz as a part of mw19

By the time you got to IW 9.0 and said it's the still the same engine, I had to move on to the next video in my queue. Clearly you haven't done your research and missed out on the fact that they completely rebuilt the engine from the ground up for MW 2019.

I'll sum it up like this: Bethesda's Ladders. Have operated the same bc of their terrible engine (or outdated). They could TP you up a ladder like in Daggerfall, but no, you get an animation.
